Fashion as an "intentional progress"

People often remark that the fashion industry is one premised on the assumption of "intentional progress".

Fashion starts anew and is born again every day. As such, the core of the fashion industry lies in novelty. Different from the past, consumers want to experience more value embedded fashion and have new insights in the process of shopping.

TBH GLOBAL CO.,LTD anticipated such consumers’ needs and global trends which helped us achieve rapid growth in a relatively short span of time. Since opening the first store of Basic House in September 2000, we have hence launched and continue to operate proprietary brands such as ‘Mind Bridge’, ‘The Class’ and ‘Jucy Judy’ as of the end of 2014. In 2015, we again launched 2 new brands ‘Marc Brick’ and ‘Spello’ to become one of the most visible fashion companies in Korea

Since we opened our first Basic Housestore in Shanghai, China in 2004,we have expanded our presence to 6 countries including China, Singapore, Malaysia, Armenia, Mongolia and Saudi Arabia. China in particular proved to be a very successfulmarket with 4major brands that include ‘Basic House’, ‘Mind Bridge’, ‘The Class’ and ‘Jucy Judy’.We currently operate1,800 storesand continue to expand our store network in China. In 2005, we succeeded in attracting a substantial amount of capital investment froma global financial institution which enhancedour reputation as a solidly growing and promisingfashion company in Korea.

The reason why TBH GLOBAL CO.,LTD achieved such outstanding performance in a short period of time is because we had a clear management ideal, “to be a decent company rather than simply a big company”.The founder as well asmajor shareholders, employees and affiliates understand and comply with this ideal.

A decent company means being a company that provides sustainable satisfaction to all stakeholders who form a relationship with the company.Consumers deserve to experience satisfaction with more valuable goods and services, employees need to achieve self-realization, and affiliates and shareholders should be able to realize stable profit through continued and reliable transactions and investments.

"Good company" is the central ideal of TBH GLOBAL CO.,LTD and we believe it can facilitate sustainable growth and, in turn, offer social contributions for a happier society.
